Pudding wants to ask you something important this week. đŸ
Think back.
Not to this week. Further back. To something that felt, at the time, like it might be too much.
Maybe it was a first day somewhere new. Maybe it was a falling out with a friend that you werenât sure would mend. Maybe it was something that hurt, or embarrassed you, or felt impossible at the time.
And you got through it.
Not perfectly. Maybe not quickly. Maybe with a lot of hard days in the middle.
Still youâre here.
And that means something.
Pudding wants you to try something this week:
Get a piece of paper - or the notes on a phone, or the back of an envelope, anything - and write at the top:
Things I have already done.
Then write down the hard things youâve come through. Big ones and small ones. The ones only you know about.
Look at that list.
Thatâs your resilience.
Not something youâre building from nothing.
Something thatâs already there.
Already yours. đŸđ«¶
