Pudding wants to say something important this week. š¾
Sometimes you feel better
- and then you feel worse again.
And that can feel confusing. Like you were almost okay and then something pulled you back.
Hereās what Pudding knows about feelings:
They donāt get better in a straight line.
They go forward and back and sideways and sometimes all the way around before they settle properly.
Thatās not you doing it wrong.
Thatās just how feelings work.
And the idea that thereās a correct amount of time to feel bad about something?
Most of us made that up.
The rules about how long weāre allowed to feel things are usually much stricter than they need to be.
So this week, if something still feels hard when you thought it should be better:
Let it. You donāt have to be over it yet.
Be kind to yourself the way youād be kind to a friend who was still hurting.
Remember: feeling it properly, at your own pace, is what actually helps it settle.
Thereās no right speed.
Youāre doing it exactly right. š¾š«¶
