Pudding wants to talk about anger today. đŸ
Sometimes anger arrives really fast. One moment youâre calm, and the next your whole body feels hot and tight and ready to explode.
Thatâs completely normal.
Anger is not a bad feeling. Itâs your body telling you that something matters â something felt unfair, or hurt, or wrong.
But anger needs somewhere safe to go.
Hereâs what Pudding suggests:
Stomp your feet â really hard, like youâre squashing the angry feeling into the ground.
Squeeze something â a cushion, a soft toy, your own hands.
Push against a wall â with your hands flat, push as hard as you can for ten seconds.
Take five big breaths, blowing out hard like youâre blowing out candles.
None of these hurt anyone. None of these break anything.
They just give the big feeling somewhere safe to go until it gets smaller.
Pudding says: itâs okay to feel angry.
Itâs what we do with it that matters. đŸđ«¶
