Hello kind grown-up,
Waiting is one of the hardest skills for children — and adults.
Not because they lack patience, but because waiting creates uncertainty.
When we rush children through waiting, we miss an opportunity to build something important:
tolerance for the in-between
You might say:
“Waiting can feel long.”
“We can stay with it.”
“It will happen in time.”
Waiting teaches trust.
